Product Description

Inconel 600 (UNS N06600 / W.Nr 2.4816) is a nickel chromium iron alloy designed for service from cryogenic temperatures up to 1100°C, offering outstanding high temperature oxidation resistance and excellent corrosion resistance in aggressive environments. The high nickel content provides exceptional resistance to chloride induced stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, while the chromium addition delivers good resistance to sulfur compounds and oxidizing atmospheres.

Inconel 600 strips and coils are precision cold rolled to tight tolerances, with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface quality. They maintain stable mechanical properties from -200°C to 1100°C, making them suitable for continuous production processes such as stamping, forming, and deep drawing. Typical uses include furnace seals, heat treatment fixtures, chemical gaskets, electronic components, spring parts, aerospace shims, nuclear shielding, and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) components.

Our Inconel 600 strips and coils are manufactured in full compliance with ASTM B168 / ASME SB168 standards, with complete material traceability, factory test certificates (MTR), and third party inspection reports available. We can provide customized sizes, slitting, edge finishing, and surface treatments to meet your specific requirements.

Applications

· Heat Treatment & Furnace: Furnace seals, radiant tube wraps, heat treatment fixtures, oven linings, muffles

· Chemical & Petrochemical: Gaskets, shims, expansion joints, reactor internals, corrosionresistant liners

· Aerospace & Electronics: Precision shims, spring components, electronic lead frames, battery parts, cryogenic components

· Power & Nuclear: Nuclear shielding, steam generator gaskets, boiler baffles, hightemperature seals

· Environmental & Marine: Flue gas desulfurization (FGD) parts, seawater desalination components, offshore corrosionresistant strips
